Pie.
Yes, pie.
We cooked this big meal and after we ate, me, Austin and Nathan were
sitting around making jokes about pie and the capitalist economy (I know,
we're geeks.) Anyway, it was funny because Austin had these two large
pieces of pie, Nathan had one, and I had coconut rice (veryvery good sweet
rice) So we were saying how Austin was more prosperous than Nathan, and
how I was some poor country.
Me: (something about me being poor)
Austin: Yeah, ya Bangladeshi
Nathan: (in a haughty capitalist-American manner) That's not a country
Austin: (confused) Yeah, Bangladesh
Me: (also confused) Yeah
Nathan: (looks at Austin) No, there isn't
Austin: (catching on) Heh...yeah, if you haven't heard of it, it isn't a
country
Me: (gets it) Oh!
Nathan: That's right. She must be from one of those really poor countries,
like Canada. Or France.
....
....
I know, you had to be there. It was funny.

and here I am trying not to be materially-oriented, but every
time I look at an anime store it's "OOOH! PRETTY!"
